Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Director Consulting Expert to lead Delivery Excellence, Transformation, and Business Development across Commercial Business Process Services (CBPS).

The role will be accountable for conducting end to end business domain assessments to identify opportunities to standardize, optimize, automate, and transform BPS operations through AI, enabling improved client outcomes, operational efficiency, scalability, and value realization.

The role will also play a key leadership role in bids and strategic opportunities, driving consulting and business development activities from opportunity shaping through proposal development and client engagement. This includes identifying opportunities to create additional value, developing compelling solution strategies, supporting client presentations and RFP clarifications, and continuously monitoring market and client needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Additionally, this position will form and lead a core bid team and BPS capability/transformation team responsible for:

• Expanding Business Process Services expertise within the BU

• Standardization of tools and offerings

• Building knowledge repositories (tools, best practices, case studies)

• Building Transformation Roadmaps and domain specific Case studies based on actual deployment and BPS specific use cases

• Expanding Core BPS capabilities, with grounds up capability expansion and strategic top down capability development in the team

• Overall solutioning of major bids and writing effective proposals

• Improving efficiency in bid work

• Collaborating across BUs to build winning solutions

• Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of APAC SBU

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Client Relationship, Bid Leadership & Business Development

  • Lead major bids and strategic opportunities across Business Process Services/ Knowledge Process Outsourcing
  • Participate in client presentations and RFP clarifications
  • Supporting client relationship and business development activities, expanding core BPS capabilities, with grounds up capability expansion and strategic top down capability development in the team
  • Drive value based solutioning and improve win probability

• Engagement / Mission Governance & Oversight (BPS/ KPO Delivery Alignment)

  • Delivering client engagements
  • Contributing to a high level of client satisfaction and on time/on budget delivery
  • Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with BPS/ KPO delivery capabilities
  • Support transition from bid to delivery and capture lessons learned

• Financial & Governance

  • Contribute to pricing, commercial structuring, and negotiations
  • Ensure adherence to BEMF processes and governance standards

• Communities of Practice & Alliances

  • Contribute to relevant COP initiatives across APAC SBU
  • Participate in global alliances aligned with BPS/ KPO Solutions

• Development of Expertise

  • Developing/maintaining a high level of expertise in his/her field
  • Propagating this expertise locally and across CGI
  • Model leadership behaviors to cultivate safe, supportive, and respectful work environment where CGI Partners can thrive and feel comfortable sharing their perspectives

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 10+ years of BPS/ KPO experience, including 5+ years managing global delivery/teams

• Experience in BPS/ KPO delivery, services leadership, and business development is preferred

• Minimum 2+ years in bids and proposals (strategy, solutioning, proposal management, negotiation)

• Experience in major bids as Opportunity Pursuit Leader or Solutions Lead

• Strong understanding of BEMF processes, including driving compliance

• Strong financial and business acumen

• Ability to negotiate on both technical and commercial aspects

• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
