Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Responsible for EE KPI fulfillment(MTBA,UDT,Speed loss…)

Drive and lead project to improve machine stability and efficiency
-
Spare part management and maintenance cost reduction
-
Responsible for technician and new equipment engineer training and certification
-
Create equipment related document and update
-
Work with cross function for new product or equipment introduction
-
Manage and dispose production abnormal issue .Find root cause for production abnormal issue and take effective action to avoid repeat case
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
-
Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering
-
5+years of TnF machine experience is highly preferred
-
Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, lean-six sigma and other statistical tools
-
Be able to use statistic tools for problem solving and further process improvement
-
Hands on experience of presentation of projects

Fluent communication both in Chinese and English
