This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing modern cloud solutions, working closely with clients, and bridging the gap between business needs and technology.

Your Role

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions for our clients. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and consulting, helping organizations define their architecture strategies and successfully implement cloud transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

• Lead architecture discussions and technical workshops with clients and internal engineering teams.

• Define architecture principles, integration patterns, and technology standards.

• Design cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven architectures.

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Evaluate technology options, identify architectural trade-offs, and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives.

• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

• Contribute to technical proposals, solution assessments, and pre-sales activities where needed.

• Act as a trusted technology advisor, combining hands-on technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.

What We're Looking For

Must-have skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Cloud Architect, or in a similar architecture-focused role.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its core services.

• Experience designing distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integration solutions.

• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes (GKE).

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD practices.

• Good understanding of cloud security, networking, scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Consulting mindset - proactive, client-oriented, pragmatic, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services or banking is highly desirable, particularly in complex, regulated enterprise environments.

• Experience with banking platforms, payment systems, or financial services integrations.

• Knowledge of regulatory, security, and compliance requirements relevant to financial institutions.

• Experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Apigee, or Cloud Functions.

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing technology delivery roles.

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent.

Why Join Capco?

• Work on challenging technology transformation projects for leading financial institutions.

• Join a collaborative, international consulting environment combining business and technology expertise.

• Influence architectural decisions and help shape modern cloud solutions.

• Collaborate with experienced architects, engineers, and business consultants.

• Enjoy a hybrid working model based in Warsaw.

• Develop your expertise through diverse projects, knowledge sharing, and professional growth opportunities.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

We are looking for more than a technical architect. We value someone who can think like a consultant, communicate like a trusted advisor, and design like an engineer.

If you enjoy solving complex business problems through technology, challenging assumptions, and turning architecture into real business value, we'd love to hear from you.
