Job Description

1. Responsible for knowledge governance and application development of the smart factory AI Brain/Agent, building queryable and traceable intelligent Q&A and collaboration capabilities;

2. Responsible for the design and verification of optimization solutions for scheduling/rostering, sorting out key business rules and data definitions, and evaluating improvement effects with data comparisons;

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, logistics, and IT to transform business requirements into feasible digital solutions;

4. Participate in the research and piloting of cutting-edge AI and operations optimization methods, and promote their application in real production scenarios;

5. Debug and solve system problems, and record the solution design, development and testing process.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree or above, in computer science, software engineering, artificial intelligence, automation, industrial engineering, operations research and other related majors;

2. Familiarity with large model/LLM application development or operations optimization methods is preferred;

3. Good data processing and programming skills (Python/SQL) are preferred;

4. Experience in smart manufacturing, production scheduling or factory business knowledge background is preferred;

5. Good English reading and writing skills and document writing skills;

6. Strong learning ability, enthusiasm for industrial digitalization and AI technology, and identification with Bosch corporate culture.
