Senior AI Product Manager- EZRA

Job Role: AI Product Manager

Location: New York, US OR Toronto, CA (hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

Who we are:

We believe everyone can be better with a coach... and we won’t stop until we get there. Coaching changes people’s lives. It helps them be happier and more productive in their work. It turns entire companies into more inclusive, more productive places to be. That’s why we’ve made it easy for more people – not just those at the top – to benefit from the world’s best coaches. This is true of our EZRA team. We believe a happy team is a productive one. We help our people grow, to care deeply about and be proud of what we do.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own the AI experience inside our coaching platform, including Cai. AI is the core of the product, not an add-on, and you’ll own what users experience, whether it works, and the economics behind it. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, who own technical architecture and model choice, and with our coaching experts, who bring the coaching methodology.

What success looks like- you becoming the clear product owner for our AI experience: making high-quality product decisions independently, without them needing to escalate through technical leadership, and building AI coaching experiences that users trust, that measurably improve outcomes, and that make economic sense at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do:

• Own the AI capabilities within our coaching platform, including Cai, from product direction through launch and iteration

• Make the core product calls on what the AI should do, how users experience it, how we measure whether it works, and what it costs to run

• Turn emerging LLM capability into product experiences that create meaningful, measurable behavior change

• Lead rapid experimentation across prompts, context, memory, retrieval, agents and tools, prototyping ideas yourself when that’s the fastest way to learn

• Define how we evaluate probabilistic AI experiences, combining conversational data review, product data and outcome measures rather than engagement alone

• Manage trade-offs across quality, latency, reliability, safety and cost, designing for trust and confidentiality in highly personal conversations

About you

• Significant product management experience in AI-native or AI-first products

• You’ve personally shaped and shipped an LLM-based conversational product designed to support behavior change

• Experience in digital mental health, health coaching, AI tutoring, AI coaching or another behavior-change product is highly relevant

• A practical understanding of modern LLMs, including their limitations, failure modes and how to evaluate them

• Experience reviewing sensitive conversational data at scale within privacy controls, and turning it into product decisions

• You build your own prototypes using code, AI-assisted development tools or low-code environments

• A startup or scale-up background, with a track record of measuring outcomes, not just usage

Life at EZRA

• Your Own World-class coach to help you grow personally and professionally.

• Coaching for Friends and family because coaching is a gift worth passing on.

• Charity Days to support the causes close to your heart - because doing good feels good.

• Learning Budget to fuel your curiosity. If it helps you grow, we’re in.

• Weekly Wellbeing Hour just for you. No meetings. No emails. Just space to breathe, reflect, or reset.

• 23 vacation days + 3 floating holidays to rest and recharge.

• 401k to help you plan for the future.

• Comprehensive health insurance to keep you well.

• A welcoming place to do your best work. Comfortable, collaborative and inclusive.
