Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist

10% of Europe’s CO₂ emissions are caused by residential heating and energy bills are out of control. Aira is here to change that.

With our intelligent Aira Heat Pump at the heart, we’re making the switch to clean energy-tech easier and more affordable. Helping Europe turn off gas and slashing energy costs one home at a time.

Founded in 2022, and with 1200+ employees and counting, Aira is driving the clean energy revolution by providing homes with modern clean energy-tech solutions such as solar power, battery storage solutions and heat pumps. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland, and HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy, Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.

About the Growth Marketing team:

The Growth Marketing team is part of the Commercial Area of Aira, which is responsible for turning interest in clean energy and lower bills into installed homes. The team owns everything from brand awareness and lead generation to sales enablement and customer conversion across all our markets.

Our team sits right in the middle of this, with a critical mission: turn every lead into a warm, well-informed prospect by getting the right message to the right person at the right time and making sure no opportunity is lost to poor data, clunky handoffs, or disconnected systems.

About the role:

We're looking for a Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist to own and optimise Aira’s lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, building emails, workflows, segments, and automations that nurture homeowners from first click to signed contract. You'll collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Data teams across our European markets.

You'll have hands-on ownership of marketing automations and campaigns, working within the platform standards set by our CRM Admin, who oversees the overall HubSpot setup, data model, integrations, and sales and installation processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and continuously optimise Aira’s lifecycle marketing in HubSpot, including marketing emails, lead nurturing workflows, lead scoring and audience segmentation, with a focus on conversion, upsell and lower CAC.

• Design, build, and test automated multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, in-app) that nurture leads through the funnel and improve conversion.

• Manage referral and loyalty programs to expand our customer lead generation and decrease our customer acquisition cost.

• Manage and optimise audience segmentation and personalisation to ensure the right message reaches the right homeowner at the right stage.

• Partner with Sales teams across markets to ensure smooth, well-timed handoffs of leads between marketing and sales.

• Maintain data quality, hygiene, and GDPR-compliant processes across the CRM and connected systems, working within established data standards.

• Monitor, report on, and analyse email campaigns and funnel performance, turning insights into concrete optimisation recommendations.

• Run A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve automation flows, messaging, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, and local market teams to roll out and localise campaigns across the UK, Germany, Italy, and beyond.

We expect you to have:

• A few years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.

• Hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally Marketing Hub Enterprise: building workflows, lists and lead scoring yourself, not only briefing someone else to do it.

• Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation or CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

• Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and multi-channel lifecycle campaign design.

• A data-driven mindset, comfortable working with dashboards, funnel metrics, campaign analytics, and attribution modelling.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and/or Growth teams.

• Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices in a marketing context.

• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in process optimisation.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

It would be a bonus if you:

• Have experience working across multiple European markets or localising campaigns for different languages and cultures.

• Have basic SQL and programming skills or experience working with data/BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI).

• Have worked in a scale-up, high-growth, high-volume lead-gen, or agency environment.

• Have experience in the clean energy, home improvement, or high-consideration purchase industries.

• Speak an additional European language (e.g. German, Italian).

What is in it for you?:

• Gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing scale-up, with a supportive and inclusive culture, and career advancement opportunities.

• Collaborate with diverse teams across international markets and launch products globally.

• Develop and grow personally and professionally in an entrepreneurial-minded environment.

• Thrive in a dynamic, solution-oriented culture, tackling challenges and driving meaningful solutions that make a positive impact on the world.

• Influence the company's success, with a visible impact on product development and market growth.

• Enjoy our brand-new office at Norra Stationsgatan 93 in Stockholm. Conveniently located near public transport, with Sankt Eriksplan and Odenplan stations just a few minutes walk away.

At Aira, we champion next-generation energy as well as diversity and inclusion. We firmly believe that a diverse workforce fosters innovation and creativity, enhancing our ability to serve customers and communities effectively. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures and perspectives to join our team. Our commitment is to uphold equality and inclusivity, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to a better future for our people and the planet.
