Build from scratch: You’ll define the sales strategy, target account lists and commercial processes that will form our local sales operation.
Brand ambassador: You’ll raise Smile’s profile through networking events, industry panels and C-level forums.
Grow and lead: As revenue scales, you’ll recruit, coach and manage a high-performing sales team, step into the Director of Sales role, and lead our expansion into the Netherlands once Belgium is well established.

You’ll join a stimulating environment where your expertise and passion are recognized ?, with real influence on the company’s growth. ?

Smile is committed to an environment where diversity is a strength and inclusion is a pillar. Here, every talent is recognized, respected and encouraged to go further.
