Integration Manager (f/m/d)
What to expect?

Lead full-vehicle integration testing projects from test strategy definition through test execution and reporting

Develop project plans covering scope, resources, timelines and risk assessments to ensure successful delivery

Establish and maintain testing quality standards while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions when needed

Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce testing cycles

Lead, coach and develop integration testing engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Define responsibilities, performance expectations and training plans for team members

Proactively identify project and team risks and implement mitigation and contingency measures
-
Lead the resolution of critical issues and manage escalations to senior management when required

Ensure effective stakeholder communication and timely reporting of project status and key challenges
What sets you apart?
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of vehicle integration testing experience, including 2+ years of team management
-
Solid capability in test planning and test case review; familiar with automotive testing processes and global industry specifications.

Skilled in data analysis and professional business report writing.

Excellent cross-department communication skills with rigorous working logic and risk awareness.

Driving license
-
Proficiency in English and Mandarin language, German is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high affinity for delivering first-quality engineering services to the customer
