Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop the next generation and new voltage classes of SiC, IGBT and Diode technologies

• Define together with Simulation and application experts the features of the upcoming generations

• Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap together with unit process development engineers

• Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs and ensure process window

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable front end semiconductor related field

• PhD graduate will be an advantage

• Minimum 3 years experience in technology development or process integration

• Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics

• Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments

• Experience in project management as an advantage

• Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT or Diode technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage

• Excellent English communication
