Project Supply Manager
As a project supply manager, sharing resources for global operations, the focus is on project supply assurance: during peak periods, smoothing out supply peaks and filling gaps to support the project supply delivery and supply assurance of representative offices/branch offices; for small countries or zero-platform scenarios, providing temporary support for the supply delivery and supply assurance of various customer groups/projects.
(1) Align with business strategy requirements, be responsible for managing customer supply satisfaction, gain insights into customer supply needs, undertake relevant strategies of the account department, conduct customer collaboration, and formulate and execute supply strategies for customer groups. (2) Be responsible for contract supply ability, lead the design of negotiation strategies for supply terms, and participate in contract bidding and negotiations. (3) Lead the design of supply solutions and use these solutions as a basis to plan supply resources in advance and prepare supply capabilities. (4) Participate in the integration of the project master plan and lead the development of the supply sub-plan (including shipment, arrival, customs clearance, delivery, and preparation of supply resources), as well as its management and execution, taking end-to-end responsibility for the project's supply delivery, inventory accuracy, and inventory efficiency.
