About HP Barcelona

HP Barcelona is one of HP's largest global sites. It brings together more than 800 engineers and is home to the Large Format and 3D Printing businesses, alongside Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Support and Finance teams that deliver exceptional customer experience.

About the team

Ever wondered what it takes to launch a new service at a global tech company? That's what we do!

Within Supply Chain Services & Returns COE, we turn new service ideas into reality: our team connects the people who design and sell HP's services portfolio with the teams that deliver it. We make sure every new service is ready to run from day one, and that it keeps running smoothly once it's live: processes, systems, partners and governance.

Every day we work across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Support, IT and Finance to bring new services to life, solve operational challenges and keep our portfolio on track. From new device lifecycle services to faster parts availability and enhanced support oAerings, our work has a direct impact on how HP customers experience our services worldwide.

Join us and help shape the services that power the future of work. You'll learn how a global company turns ideas into services, how cross-functional teams solve real operational problems, and how to turn data into clear insights that drive action. Skills that will help accelerate your career path.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze operational and business performance data to find issues and trends and help prioritize where the team should act.

• Work with owners across Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Support and IT to turn open issues into clear action plans and follow them through until they're closed.

• Support the intake funnel for new service requests and help assess, prioritize and move ideas through our portfolio governance process.

• Prepare status updates and dashboards that give stakeholders a clear view of progress, risks and next steps.

• Find opportunities to simplify and automate how we work, using tools like Power BI, Power Platform and Copilot/AI.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or a related field

• Technical skills: Comfortable working with data and hands-on with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar), with curiosity to use them to automate and simplify work

• Soft skills: Deeply curious, analytical and structured; proactive with strong follow through; clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Experience our benefits:

• Paid internship within a global, technology driven company.

• Join an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams.

• Flexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day). The length of the internship ranges from 4 to 12 months.
