Responsibilities and assignments

• Lead and support agile teams from different areas in the delivery of technological solutions.

• Help the team overcome obstacles and maintain focus on priorities and commitments.

• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress.

• Promote alignment between Engineering and Product in defining and evolving the roadmap.

• Anticipate risks, monitor preventive actions, and coordinate mitigation plans.

• Encourage continuous improvement based on data, learnings, and retrospectives.

• Monitor technical deliveries and escalate any problems to leadership.

• Contribute to the creation of high-standard solutions.

Desired profile

• Focused on agility and quality.

• Likes to transform ideas into solutions.

• Creative in problem-solving and always looking for ways to improve processes.

• Communicates clearly.

• Experienced with methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and knows how to conduct deliveries in stages, with continuous evolution;

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education;

• 3 to 4 years of experience in product;

• Experience with data analysis and metrics;

• Ability to understand technical issues at a general level;

• Proven experience in agile projects;

• Autonomy to work in a dynamic environment with short deadlines.
