• Lead clinical validation activities for new features and solutions, ensuring they perform as intended within real-world clinical environments and support meaningful clinical outcomes.

• Analyze clinical department operations and procedural workflows across radiology and cardiology settings to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, efficiency improvements, and enhanced user experience.

• Partner with Product Managers, Technical Leaders, PDLM Project Managers, and Medical Officers to influence product strategy and ensure clinical needs are reflected throughout the development lifecycle.

• Provide clinical expertise and evidence to support product positioning, clinical claims development, post-market activities, and field performance monitoring.

• Establish and maintain clinical requirements, validation documentation, and supporting evidence in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

• Advocate for future product enhancements by leveraging customer feedback, market insights, emerging clinical trends, and evolving healthcare practices.

• Drive cross-functional alignment between clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure development priorities support both customer value and commercial objectives.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree, in a hands-on clinical role such as Cath Lab Nurse, Cath Lab Technologist, Radiologic/Cardiovascular Technologist, RCIS, or a similar clinical profession.

• You possess a strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and patient care pathways, with the ability to translate clinical needs into product requirements and business value.

• You have demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating effectively across clinical, technical, and commercial functions.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Clinical/Biomedical Engineering, Health Sciences, or a related clinical discipline.

• Experience supporting product development, clinical validation, clinical research, medical devices, healthcare software, or digital health solutions is preferred.
