Senior Rewards and People Development Lead

As a Senior Rewards & People Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of programs and services related to performance management, rewards, talent development and learning within HBS. You will ensure that our People services are aligned with global frameworks and local business needs while supporting employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Your responsibilities would include:

• overseeing the delivery of HBS services across performance management, rewards, talent and learning to ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery

• managing team capacity, workload and priorities to ensure effective resource allocation

• monitoring SLAs and KPIs and escalating issues when required

• ensuring privacy, compliance and four-eye controls are properly maintained

• overseeing the People Function knowledge base, FAQs and documentation to ensure information remains accurate and accessible

• contributing to HBS Knowledge Management and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and standardization

• identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting more efficient People Function operations

• using data and analytics to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement

• staying up to date with relevant industry trends and enabling technologies

• coordinating activities with OpCos, Centres of Excellence and Tier 1 teams to support seamless end-to-end program execution

• partnering with global and local stakeholders on People Function programs

• acting as an advisor on performance, rewards, talent and learning-related cases

• leading, coaching and developing the HBS team

• fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability

• driving capability-building initiatives to strengthen team skills and expertise

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in performance management, rewards, talent development, learning or related HR roles

• proven 3–5 years of experience in team management, combined with strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and guide the team

• a proven successful track record in optimizing and leveraging scale in organizing service delivery for the assigned process domain

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• strong knowledge of performance management, rewards, talent development and learning processes

• strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

• ability to use data and analytics to support decision-making

• proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools, including Teams and SharePoint

• multilingual communication capability; fluent English and knowledge of an additional regional language would be an asset

• experience leading performance, rewards, talent or learning activities within a shared services model

• experience working in shared services or multinational environments

• strong experience in delivering People Processes Excellence

• experience applying insights and data analytics within People processes

• a strong track record of leading and developing teams
