Join Amadeus as a Customer Support Executive, where your problem-solving skills and communication abilities will help travel professionals around the world get the most from our innovative solutions. In this dynamic and international role, you’ll collaborate with teams across borders, learn cutting-edge tools, and play a key part in creating seamless travel experiences.

In this role, you'll

• Provide support to customers via phone, chat, and online portals on a diverse range of queries.

• Investigate customer questions, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

• Build a broad understanding of Amadeus products and services to provide informed assistance.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and other support teams to address complex issues.

• Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers.

• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and teamwork in a multilingual, dynamic environment.

About the ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience in customer service or helpdesk support roles.

• Background in the travel industry and familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and following through on commitments.

• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment.

• Fluency in English (required) and one additional language – either Italian or French (mandatory).
