• Change Management: Support leaders and teams through change, maintaining operational excellence and addressing potential challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of HRBP experience in dynamic environments, with a focus on experience working in complex, matrixed, global organizations. Experience working with client groups across multiple locations in Southeast Asia would be an asset.

• Skills: Strong influence and negotiation skills, particularly with senior leaders, and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English and Thai is required.

• Judgment & Critical thinking: Demonstrated success in navigating business and/or talent partnership scenarios where there may not be clear policies or formal processes.

• Data-Driven: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Adept at exploring and analyzing data to identify insights, using data to drive business decisions, and telling/presenting a compelling story (memos, presentations, etc.) that influences stakeholders.
