As a Store Consultant, you will join the Distribution & Logistics team and experience daily contact with our users, accompanying people in the #Rivoluzioneiliad and taking care of those already loyal.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following activities:

• Follow users, supporting them in their needs with solutions that always guarantee their full and complete satisfaction

• Tell our values, illustrating the richness of our mobile and fixed telephony services

• Transfer all information about our services to users in a simple and effective way, making even the most technical aspects accessible to everyone

• Spread enthusiasm for our brand

REQUIREMENTS

Must have

• Enthusiasm, initiative, willingness to share your knowledge with others

• Experience in in-store service or customer service

• Desire to be a point of reference for users

• Passion for the innovation implemented by iliad and recognition of the brand's values

• Responsiveness, flexibility, proactivity, ability to work in a team

• Motivation, desire for growth and learning in a constantly evolving environment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Office package

• Knowledge of the English language

• Interest and experience in the telecommunications sector

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Let's start with transparency: the Gross Annual Remuneration (RAL) foreseen for the role is 20,286.50 euros gross per year, to which the iliad benefits package is added.
