Financial Analyst - Revenue Finance
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
Financial Analyst supports Revenue Finance activities through regular financial reporting, volume and revenue analysis, forecasting support, and business performance tracking. The role ensures the accuracy of financial information, provides analytical insights, and supports month-end closing and planning processes.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Revenue analysis reports and supporting calculations in Poland

Prepare forecast calculations, variance analysis and performance commentary

Prepare month-end closing reports and comments

Support accruals posting in month-end closing

Manage allocation drivers and Revenue allocation processes

Support business planning/rolling estimate activities

Maintain and monitor sampling reporting

Prepare basic ad hoc analyses supporting Revenue Finance business decisions
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering roles

Financial reporting and analytical tools knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Open to cooperation and proactive attitude to day-to-day tasks

Very good Excel and Power Query, VBA as advantage

Very good command of English
We offer competitive employment conditions. Candidates who meet the requirements can expect a monthly base gross salary from 11000 PLN gross. The final base pay level offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
In specific cases when promotion is for 2 job grades or higher for some period base salary might be below minimum value, however steps to reach minimum level (up to 12 months) needs to be defined at offer stage
