About this role

• Ensure the team can effectively support onboarding, business-as-usual operations, integrations and migrations.

• Define and monitor service expectations and use metrics to identify opportunities to improve quality, timeliness and scalability.

• Drive transformation and scale

• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate MDM processes and reduce manual intervention.

• Develop scalable operating models that allow the team to support business growth without sacrificing data quality.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve MDM capabilities, workflows and supporting technology.
