The role will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of CSP customers in France, while actively supporting the sales team throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and proposal preparation through renewals, upselling and ongoing CSP management.

This is not a purely administrative position. The ideal candidate is comfortable participating in customer conversations, following up commercial opportunities and proactively identifying opportunities to increase CSP revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

1. CSP Pre-Sales & Commercial Support

• Support the French sales and account teams in CSP customer conversations.

• Understand customer licensing requirements and translate them into appropriate proposals.

• Prepare CSP quotations, pricing scenarios and commercial proposals.

• Follow up proposals until closure.

• Support CSP renewals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Help position additional Microsoft cloud solutions and services where relevant to the customer.

• Maintain a strong commercial focus on customer retention, CSP revenue growth and recurring business.

2. Customer Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

• Manage the complete CSP customer onboarding and offboarding process.

• Create and maintain customer records within the relevant CSP systems.

• Ensure customer agreements, subscriptions and administrative relationships are correctly established.

• Maintain accurate customer and licensing documentation throughout the customer lifecycle.

3. CSP Portal & Subscription Administration

• Manage customers through the CSP licenses portal.

• Order, modify and manage Microsoft licences and subscriptions.

• Process licence additions, removals and subscription changes.

• Support ongoing subscription and licence management.

• Ensure customer and subscription information remains accurate.

4. Microsoft Partner Center Administration

• Perform day-to-day Microsoft Partner Center administration.

• Establish and maintain the appropriate customer relationships.

• Coordinate and manage GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privileges) relationships between Devoteam and customers.

• Monitor relevant Microsoft partner information, incentives and rebates.

• Support administrative escalations involving Microsoft where required.

5. Opportunity & Pipeline Management

• Create and maintain CSP opportunities in Salesforce.

• Keep opportunity values, stages, expected close dates and follow-up activities up to date.

• Follow outstanding quotations and proposals proactively.

• Work closely with French sales/account teams to move opportunities towards closure.

• Provide visibility on pipeline, renewals and upcoming customer opportunities.

6. Customer Support & Coordination

• Act as an operational CSP point of contact for the French market.

• Respond to customer and sales questions relating to licences, subscriptions, quotations and CSP administration.

• Coordinate internally with sales, licensing, technical teams and other CSP stakeholders.

• Help resolve operational issues and coordinate escalation where necessary.

Qualifications

Must have

• Fluent French and good professional English.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously.

• Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
