About the Role

At T. Rowe Price, our investment expertise is one of our greatest strengths. Bringing that expertise to life for financial advisors—and connecting it to the investment challenges they and their clients face—is where great marketing makes a difference.

We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who can see the big picture, connect the dots, and turn compelling investment insights into marketing strategies that drive business results.

This is an opportunity to shape how T. Rowe Price brings its investment perspectives, thought leadership, and priority capabilities to the U.S. wealth management marketplace. You'll work at the intersection of investments, marketing, and sales—identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and developing integrated strategies that help financial advisors engage with our firm and its investment solutions.

This is not simply a role focused on promoting investment content. It's about determining where our investment expertise can make the greatest commercial impact—and building the marketing strategies to make that happen.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a marketer who combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the investment industry and a passion for driving results.

• Thinks strategically and commercially. You see beyond individual campaigns or deliverables to understand the business opportunity, the audience need, and how marketing can make a measurable difference.

• Connects the dots. You can bring together investment perspectives, product priorities, advisor needs, and sales opportunities to develop clear, compelling marketing strategies.

• Knows how to turn insight into action. You understand how to translate complex investment concepts and market developments into relevant narratives, integrated marketing programs, and effective go-to-market activation.

• Thrives in complexity. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and making thoughtful recommendations about where to focus resources—and where not to.

• Influences and builds alignment. You bring a strong point of view, communicate with clarity, and know how to bring diverse stakeholders together to move important initiatives forward.

• Takes ownership. You’re a self-directed leader who can move from identifying an opportunity to developing the strategy, mobilizing partners, and measuring results.

If you're energized by the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, work alongside investment and business leaders, and help connect world-class investment expertise to real advisor needs, we'd like to hear from you.

Role Summary

As a Senior Marketing Manager within U.S. Wealth Marketing, you'll lead marketing strategy for priority investment content and thought leadership programs, helping connect T. Rowe Price's investment expertise to the products, capabilities, and business priorities that matter most.

You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Investment, Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing, including teams focused on ETFs, Model Portfolios, Private Markets, and other strategic investment capabilities.

Operating with a high degree of independence, you'll establish marketing priorities, develop integrated plans, influence cross-functional decisions, and ensure marketing investments are focused on the opportunities with the greatest potential to drive business results.

Responsibilities

Shape investment content and thought leadership strategy:

• Identify opportunities to connect market developments, investment insights, and thought leadership to advisor needs and strategic business priorities.

• Translate complex investment and product concepts into compelling advisor-facing narratives and marketing opportunities.

• Bring a strong understanding of the investment, product, advisor, and competitive landscape to inform marketing recommendations.

Develop and lead integrated marketing plans:

• Own marketing strategies for priority investment content and thought leadership programs, defining audiences, objectives, positioning, channel strategies, KPIs, and activation plans.

• Partner with marketers across ETFs, Model Portfolios, Private Markets, and other strategic capabilities to connect investment perspectives to broader product and business priorities.

• Shape the strategy for advisor-facing content and sales tools that create relevant opportunities for Sales to engage financial advisors.

• Drive coordinated activation across marketing and sales channels, measuring performance and optimizing plans to improve results.

Influence and align cross-functional partners:

• Serve as a strategic marketing partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Investment, Product Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Wealth Marketing.

• Bring together diverse perspectives, clarify priorities and tradeoffs, and build alignment around integrated marketing strategies.

• Navigate complex business challenges and competing priorities to develop clear recommendations and move initiatives forward.

Drive marketing effectiveness and prioritization:

• Evaluate marketing opportunities based on audience needs, business impact, distribution potential, and measurable outcomes.

• Identify gaps, duplication, and lower-value activities, recommending where marketing resources should be invested, redirected, or deprioritized.

• Leverage performance data, market intelligence, and stakeholder feedback to continuously strengthen marketing strategies and results.

What Success Looks Like

You'll help strengthen the connection between T. Rowe Price's investment expertise and the conversations financial advisors are having with their clients.

Your marketing strategies will bring clarity to complex opportunities, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and translate investment insights into coordinated, measurable marketing programs.

Just as importantly, you'll help shape a more focused and effective marketing organization—one that makes deliberate choices, invests in the opportunities that matter most, and measures success by business impact rather than activity.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.

• Strong understanding of investment products, financial advisors, and wealth management distribution channels.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience developing marketing strategies that connect thought leadership, product positioning, and commercial objectives.

• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills, with demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans.
