What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Engineer specialized in Cybersecurity to participate in the development of an advanced platform for analysis and correlation of security events, integrating Big Data, SIEM and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

The role will focus on transforming large volumes of security events into structured, contextualized and useful information for threat detection and decision-making in critical environments.

? What will you do?

• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting and transforming security data.

• Integrate information from SIEM, network sensors, operating systems and cybersecurity platforms.

• Normalize, enrich and correlate events from multiple sources.

• Design data models that guarantee the quality, traceability and consistency of the information.

• Prepare datasets for AI, RAG, embeddings and semantic search solutions.

• Develop integration processes using APIs and streaming technologies.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering and AI teams in the evolution of the platform.

? Your profile

• Experience in data engineering, systems integration or observability platforms.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.

• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines, both batch and streaming.

• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Flink or similar technologies.

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch or ClickHouse.

• Integration using REST APIs, Webhooks and JSON, XML or Parquet formats.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.

• Familiarity with SOC, SIEM environments, log analysis and cybersecurity concepts.

• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Loki.

• Experience with SIEM tools such as Microsoft Sentinel, Wazuh, Splunk or Elastic Security.

• Knowledge of threat intelligence (MISP, OpenCTI, MITRE ATT&CK).

• Experience with RAG, vector databases and knowledge graphs.

• Knowledge of security in Kubernetes and restricted environments.

• Familiarity with ENS and CCN-STIC regulations.
