• Identify funnel leakage, drop-offs, and inefficiencies, and clearly quantify the business impact of gaps in process, execution, or data.

• Conduct deep-dive analyses into lead routing and disposition, ensuring leads are correctly assigned, tracked, and followed through to resolution.

• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility into funnel health, conversion rates, velocity, and lead outcomes.

• Partner closely with B2B Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Sales teams to diagnose issues, validate findings, and recommend corrective actions.

• Analyze trends over time to surface emerging risks, opportunities, and shifts in lead behavior or performance.

• Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., marketing automation, CRM), proactively flagging discrepancies, data loss, or process breakdowns.

• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready narratives that inform prioritization and decision-making.

• Support experimentation and optimization efforts by measuring the impact of campaigns, routing logic changes, and process improvements.
