Technician Reliability (Fixed Term Contract-12 Months)

Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities

• Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue

• Support electrical testing and data-logging of integrated circuit devices using automated test equipment

• Logistics shipment handling IN/Out from laboratory to ensure in time delivery and fulfilment cycle time expectation

• Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis

• Participation in RCCA efforts and assist engineer in reliability activities

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent vocational certification

• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 – 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred)

• Experiences of reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis and IC testing

• Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications
