Your Role
Key Responsibilities in Your New Role

Develop and implement test handling solutions for new packages and products
-
Support for the equipment benchmarking and sourcing of new equipment
-
Execute for new test-cell qualification, buyoff, acceptance and release.
-
Identify equipment technology gaps and define solutions to close the gaps
-
Contribute to the harmonization of equipment, test technologies, and engineering processes across manufacturing sites.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test handling solutions meet product and manufacturing requirements.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, reliability, and cost reduction.
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills to Help You Succeed
-
Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor Test Handling or related manufacturing engineering functions.
-
Experience with semiconductor handling equipment such as Pick & Place, Gravity Feed, Strip Test, or similar platforms is preferred.

Knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software and ability to read mechanical drawings.
-
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Basic Project Management Skill

Knowledge of Semiconductor test methodology, mechanical design, materials, thermal concepts, or simulation tools is an added advantage.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
