Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics or Material Science.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality or engineering functions.
-
Good knowledge of quality management systems and core quality tools including 8D, SPC, FMEA, etc.
-
Prior experience in semiconductor backend packaging/testing or automotive industry is highly preferred.
-
Excellent communication and cross-functional project driving capabilities.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese.

Good team player and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
