Manager Line Planning
You're responsible for daily production and material planning management to fulfill Delivery, Clip, Range and FF requirement.
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Daily production/material planning management to fulfill Delivery/Clip/Range/FF requirement

Cross-functional coordination with other departments (Planning, Engineering, ect.)

Ensure line scheduling system readiness (RTD, details scheduling, FLEX, No touch, SPOT, simulation, etc)
-
Cost management, such as PE/ME/OEE/ GK TCR control, productivity improvement, etc
-
Manage documents/ training/ certification and further drive planning systematic

Independently responsible for continuous improvement project

Overall lead MFG‘s precious metal audit, quarterly & yearly inventory counting, even extent to new product
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related discipline
-
More than 5 years’ relevant working experience and better more than 2 years' management experience in production planning. Strong people management and team leadership skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills with innovative projects is plus
-
Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly

Strong hands-on knowledge and skills in production area
-
Good English skill in oral and written
