As a Finance Senior Specialist on our Corporate Functions team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and payment runs, including all aspects of invoice capture and verification, clearing and period-end close activities, preparation of payment files, authorization and execution of payments, and support for e-banking tools

• Ensure accurate cash management and liquidity planning, maintaining precision in bank postings within the accounting system

• Strengthen and develop relationships with banking partners

• Oversee end-to-end processing for local business travel accounting, guaranteeing compliance with legal and group requirements

• Provide support for internal and external/statutory audits

• Drive continuous improvement efforts across processes, tools, and documentation

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, accounting or other related areas

• Excellent analytical skills and a structured working style, while maintaining flexibility in managing different tasks

• Strong ability to work independently as well as effectively within a multinational team environment

• Efficient working style combined with strong communication skills

• Proficient oral and written skills in both English and Romanian (mandatory)
