Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Manager in Digital Verification, you will lead a team responsible for delivering advanced digital verification work packages. You will combine technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive innovation and foster collaboration across international and cross-functional teams.

• Lead a team to deliver digital verification work packages in a mixed-signal context (AMS IPs and subsystems) for Infineon business lines worldwide while organizing, planning and supporting project execution

• Manage competency and methodology development at competence center level and drive continuous improvements to maintain state-of-the-art methodologies and skills

• Lead people development by allocating the right competencies to projects, coaching team members and supporting their professional growth

• Drive the evaluation of new tools and methods to improve verification and validation efficiency and support innovation across projects

• Foster collaboration across local and global cross-functional teams to achieve project success and high-quality results

• Develop and execute strategy to maintain as competence center in pre-silicon digital verification

• Support project managers and functional management in achieving project targets, key goals and competence center objectives

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are able to make sound judgments and motivate team members to perform at their best. With an innovative mindset and out-of-the-box thinking, you continuously drive improvement, innovation, and collaboration across teams.

• Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a similar field

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in digital verification (experience in verification of analog mixed-signal products/IPs and/or post-silicon verification is a plus)

• Deep knowledge in state-of-the-art digital pre-silicon verification methodologies and tools, with the ability to drive methodology discussions and development

• Proven experience in leading teams, including people management skills

• Good communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring people

• Knowledge of budgeting and planning

• Fluency in English (mandatory)
