Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
1) Training Room Management & Training Preparation
-
Ensure training rooms are maintained in excellent condition.

Updating and displaying the weekly training schedule on TV screens.
-
Replenishing required stationery, materials, and supplies to support a smooth training experience for all users.
2) Coordination of Induction for Non Exempt
- Responsible for the coordination for the non exempt induction in terms of pre, during and post event.
3) Administrative Support Update
- Support day-to-day administrative task for PS TD team
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a team player.

Preferably internship duration of 6 months and above.

Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
