Overview

Atlassian is seeking a visionary and influential Field Chief Technology Officer (fCTO) to serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Field CTO helps executives navigate technology, organizational, and business transformation—ensuring that Atlassian’s cloud platform delivers measurable, enterprise-grade impact at scale.

This is not a traditional CTO role. As a Field CTO, you will represent Atlassian externally with CxOs and industry leaders while shaping Atlassian internally through roadmap influence, product feedback, and thought leadership. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business outcomes—inspiring both customers and Atlassian teams to unlock what’s possible.

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
