You will have visibility from top-line performance to profitability, working at the intersection of financial planning, operational analysis, and executive communication.

As a key member of the GTM Finance HQ team, you will:

Contribute to the financial planning process, including annual operating plan development, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting across Sales headcount and Opex
Connect the dots across a complex organization and a multi-source P&L - acting as the financial hub between regional teams, Accounting, and Procurement, and translating that complexity into a clean picture senior leadership can act on
Develop executive-ready financial analysis and commentary, communicating key insights and risks to senior GTM Finance leadership and Sales Leadership - this team's outputs reach the highest levels of the organization
Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks that enable the Sales organization to manage its business with greater clarity and precision

Convert ambiguous, senior stakeholder requests into polished, high-quality deliverables with minimal direction
Synthesize large, multi-source datasets into clear business narratives, developing metrics and KPIs that inform decision-making at the GTM leadership level
Navigate cross-functional relationships, across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Sales Operations, to drive alignment without formal authority
Bring creative problem-solving to big-picture challenges, finding non-obvious angles on complex financial questions, while maintaining the precision and rigor the numbers require
