Key Account Manager (Vilnius, LT)

At Nestlé Purina, we’re on a mission to create richer lives for pets, the people who love them, and the planet we share. When you join Purina, you become part of a passionate, high performing team where everyone belongs — and where your work makes a real difference.

We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and grow Purina’s partnerships with leading retailers in Lithuania. Working hand in hand with key customers and our Baltic commercial teams, you will shape and deliver ambitious sales plans, win on the shelf and drive sustainable, profitable growth for some of the world’s most loved pet care brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan the business: build annual customer plans, agree with Joint Business Planning priorities, promo plans, growth opportunities, and KPIs.

• Deliver results: achieve agreed personal and team KPIs, including OG, market share and profitability.

• Manage customers: run regular customer meetings, lead negotiations, and follow up agreed actions.

• Execute in market: manage short- and long-term promotions, in-store activations, new product launches and regular market visits.

• Plan the category: manage pet food category planning across subcategories and work with Demand Planners to ensure accurate stock needs.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of Key Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering top- and bottom-line results.

• Experience in pet care or a closely related category is a significant advantage; KAM experience in other FMCG categories is also highly valued.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building trusted, win-win relationships.

• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decisions.

• Resilient, agile, and positive when facing change and challenges.

• Fluent Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

• Valid category B driving license and readiness for regular business travel.

We Offer:

• Flexibility: flexible working hours and the option to work remotely up to 3 days a week.

• Well-being: additional health and life insurance.

• Rewards: salary range of EUR 3,700–4,000 Gross per month, plus an annual performance bonus.

• Mobility: company car for business and private use and free parking at the office.

• Pet-friendly office: bring your pet to work with you.

• Growth: worldwide learning and professional development opportunities across the Nestlé network.

• Great culture: a work atmosphere built on respect, cooperation and openness to diversity.

• Purpose: the chance to be part of a global family of brands with a purpose.

If you’re excited by turning insight into impact — and want your work to matter for pets, people and the planet — we’d love to hear from you.

That’s the power of Purina.
