The Supervisor ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) are in effect, assuring the quality and quantity of products. Close collaboration with peers and internal business teams—including inventory, customer solutions, sales, supply chain, and warehouse operations—is essential to align decisions and outcomes with overall site goals and objectives.

• Monitor hourly/daily reporting and escalate concerns when needed.

• Learn, understand, and regularly execute tasks related to the various software programs used to run the facility (e.g., ERP, WMS, SAP).
