Hello! 👋

At Factorial we're looking for a new Partner Account Manager (Business Development) for the Global Market to help us support and scale our Partner Services team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of owning the post-sales relationship with our most strategic partners, you'll focus on managing key strategic partner accounts, establishing and deepening long-term partnerships, and building processes that make them scale.

Ready to be part of the challenge? 🔥

About the team 🚀

Our Partners team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.

The Role 🎯

As the primary post-sales reference for strategic partners (large resellers, vendors, and tech players), you work on two levels: building structured partner governance and directly driving account retention and growth. Since this is a new role, you will design foundational playbooks and coordinate internal teams to help these high-impact partnerships scale.

What you'll do 👇

• Own account health and growth: Drives retention, contract renewals, and commercial expansion across all strategic partner accounts.

• Build strategic partner relationships: Establishes and deepens long-term partnerships from executive alignment down to daily collaboration.

• Lead post-sales operations: Acts as the main point of contact for onboarding, feature adoption, escalations, and account renewals.

• Orchestrate internal teams: Coordinates cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure a seamless partner experience.

• Design scalable processes: Creates foundational governance models, playbooks, and rituals to help strategic partnerships scale effectively.

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Manages strategic partner portfolios: Holds full accountability for account health, NDR, churn reduction, and client expansion across key partners.

• Runs joint business planning: Conducts strategic sessions with partners to set targets, design commercial campaigns, and drive actionable commitments.

• Drives proactive contract negotiations: Leads negotiations for plan upgrades, yearly renewals, and discount expirations proactively across partner portfolios.

• Identifies expansion opportunities: Spots upsell and cross-sell potential within client bases and coaches partners to execute on them.

• Builds scalable enablement tools: Creates reusable templates, playbooks, and frameworks that enhance the partner and client experience at scale.

• Orchestrates cross-functional resources: Coordinates internally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner Development to support strategic partner needs.

• Demonstrates account management expertise: Brings strong experience in post-sales account management, customer success, or partner development roles.

Factorial bets for potential and growth. We currently evaluate all seniority levels, as we believe diversity and collaboration are the key for rocking the world! If you seek a place to demonstrate ownership of your own success, but you don't meet every point of this Job Description, please, apply anyway!

About Factorial 🚀

Founded in Barcelona in 2016, we now have +1,700 employees serving more than 16,000 companies across 112 countries.

Factorial started with a simple idea: companies were spending too much time managing processes and not enough time doing the work they were hired to do: their best work.

But as companies grow, work gets more disconnected. More people, more tools, more information, and more time spent connecting the dots. Generic AI can answer questions, but it doesn’t know your company. Every time, you have to give it the context.

Factorial is different. Because it’s inside the company, it already knows how it works, including its people, processes, policies, and data. So you can ask it to do real work, from screening candidates and managing expenses to answering questions and creating reports.

AI isn’t the goal. Giving people back their time is.

Factorial is the AI for Business that knows companies, connects how work happens across the business, and turns that context into action.

When work changes, so do we.

• We believe in diverse talent: we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strongly encourage people of diverse experiences and identities to apply.

• We believe in inclusion: we are committed to equal opportunities and actively promote workplace inclusion of people with disabilities. If you would like to learn more about our inclusive recruitment processes, you are welcome to indicate so optionally and we will share additional information with you.

Our values ✨

• We own it: We take responsibility for every project. We make decisions, not excuses.

• We learn and teach: We're dedicated to learning something new every day and, above all, share it.

• We partner: Every decision is a team decision. We trust each other.

• We grow fast: We act fast. We think that the worst mistake is not learning from them.
