Additional info

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person collaboration plays an important role in our culture, mentorship, and professional development.

For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.

We aim to provide a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters connection and teamwork.

You're Good at:

• Energising our people to set a vision and see the possibilities of modern identity and network technologies, i.e. zero trust network access, cloud-native identity platforms, identity governance, and secure, context-aware connectivity.

• Finding great answers to complex and ambiguous questions, and connecting and collaborating across teams to develop their architectures, especially to meet demanding non-functional requirements. You will seek diverse views, and with a growth mindset considering both conventional and unconventional answers.

• Rolling up your sleeves and “doing”, pioneering the way forward and bring others along with you. You produce high-quality Enterprise Architecture arguments and supporting materials. You are adept at agreeing these at different levels in the organisation. You must be a brilliant storyteller.

• You will be enthused by technology. Knowledgeable and conversant with modern identity and network paradigms, and always curious and driven to learn more and apply this to your work. You will demonstrate expertise in zero trust architecture, identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management, SASE/SSE, and cloud-native directory and authentication services.

• Optimising your own role and delivering results. You understand that architecture is part of a value stream where we need to play our part in being efficient to help increase velocity and reduce risk across the architecture team and the teams we work with.
