Drive continuous service improvement, optimizing processes and reducing manual effort across IT operations.
Manage improvement initiatives end-to-end, coordinating scope, milestones, dependencies and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Communicate insights, service performance and improvement initiatives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

What you bring

A degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with experience in IT operations, service management or process improvement.

ITIL 4 Foundation certification, or the motivation to obtain it, together with a good understanding of IT service management principles.
Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives in complex or fast-paced environments.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
A structured, analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your work.
