Make an impact in ways that matter.

Join a business built on trusted brands, great people and teamwork, where care and fresh ideas help keep things moving. Here, your contribution helps serve our customers, support our operations and enable our teams to do their best work.

You’ll be encouraged to bring your strengths, supported to grow, and welcomed into a team where we make a meaningful difference together.

At CCEP, we believe in attracting new talent to our business and valuing the innovation that a diverse workforce brings. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences, with a particular focus on improving gender balance in manufacturing.

In return, you'll join an organisation that invests in your development and offers top-notch learning opportunities to help you succeed in the FMCG sector and advance your career.

Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:

• A four-year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies.

• The first five months will be a full-time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP. After this residential phase, you'll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on-the-job learning.

• Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.

• Your starting salary for the program is £27,492 with annual salary reviews.

• We also offer excellent benefits, including 25 days of annual leave (with an option to purchase up to 10 additional days), a pension scheme, Private Medical Care, access to 24/7 Wellbeing programs (Employee Assistance Program), and flexible benefits to suit your needs.

• You'll be joining a world-class organisation that prioritises an inclusive and diverse workplace, employee wellbeing, and exceptional training and development throughout your career.

What we expect from you:

• We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English. We welcome applicants who may have faced barriers to education or have disabilities; please let us know if you require adjustments to meet these criteria.

• You should also demonstrate an interest in manufacturing, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to complete the program and become an accomplished engineer.
