Required qualifications include:

• Solid experience across learning operations, facilitation, leadership development, instructional design, or related L&D roles

• Demonstrated experience facilitating corporate learning experiences, including director-level and senior-leader audiences

• Proven ability to lead and manage complex learning initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies

• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and operational excellence

• Confidence using learning systems and tools such as Workday Learning, Zoom Webinars, and enterprise communication platforms

• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions and cultures

• Global mindset with an understanding of how learning lands across regions and environments

• Experience across first-line and corporate audiences is preferable
