Scientist Manger, AI - Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator

SINGAPORE TC-BIOPOLIS

Overview of role

Skin and scalp science lies at the heart of P&G's mission to improve lives through superior everyday experiences. Few areas of biology influence human health, wellbeing, confidence, and self-expression as profoundly or as continuously across the lifespan. From protecting the delicate skin barrier of infants, to helping adolescents navigate the biological transitions of puberty, to supporting the grooming, shaving, body and personal care needs of adults, P&G technologies touch billions of consumers every day.

Throughout life, consumers face evolving skin and scalp challenges, including dandruff and scalp irritation, hair thinning and loss, menopause-related changes, skin aging, and the pursuit of healthy longevity. Emerging consumer trends and transformative interventions, including GLP-1 therapies, hair transplantation, and other rapidly evolving health and aesthetic solutions, are creating entirely new scientific questions and unmet needs that demand deeper biological understanding and breakthrough innovation.

The launch of the Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator (SBDA) at the P&G Singapore Innovation Center represents a bold commitment to shape the future of skin and scalp science. By integrating advanced human biology, multimodal data generation, next-generation experimental platforms, and AI-powered discovery, the Accelerator will create a new model for scientific innovation where biological performance becomes measurable, predictable, and actionable.

We are seeking exceptional talents who are driven to push the boundaries of discovery and transform breakthrough science into meaningful consumer impact. This is a unique opportunity to tackle some of the most important unanswered questions in skin and scalp biology, work at the convergence of biology and artificial intelligence, and help pioneer the next generation of technologies that improve health, wellness, confidence, and quality of life for billions of consumers worldwide. Join us in building the future of skin and scalp science and redefining what is possible across the human healthspan.
