PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN
Responsable del área de ventas en una agencia definida. Responsable de liderazgo y gestión de su equipo dentro de la agencia, asegurando una buena relación sindical y la seguridad en todo momento mientras trabaja en la ejecución de estrategia comercial, mmanteniendo la rentabilidad a través de correcta gestión de activos, recursos y seguimiento de servicio a clientes.
¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?
- Licenciatura y/o Ingeniería concluida
- 3-4 años Experiencia en Compañías de Distribución de Consumo Masivo
- Conocimiento canal tradicional y conveniencia
- Power BI, Excel intermedio
- Experiencia en proceso digitalización para pedidos con clientes
- Negociación con los Diferentes Canales de Distribución
- Liderazgo, desarrollo y potencialización de equipo a su cargo
- Conocimiento del Mercado Geográfico en la plaza
- Licencia de chofer vigente
- manejo de equipo sindicalizado
