Your role:

As a Distribution Channel Account Manager, you will contribute to expanding our Medium Voltage business through distribution partners across Italy. • Develop and strengthen the distributor network, defining development plans for key partners and identifying growth opportunities by geography, customer segment and application.

• Drive business development and selling activities through the distribution channel, supporting distributors in identifying and converting market opportunities into orders, in close coordination with the organization and local sales network.

• Increase the penetration and visibility of the Medium Voltage portfolio, supporting distributors in expanding their presence within target customers and applications and developing new business opportunities.

• Monitor sell-in, sell-out and distributor performance, defining relevant KPIs and conducting structured business reviews to assess results, pipeline, opportunities and corrective or growth actions.

• Support agencies and the Sales organization in developing the distribution business across their territories, ensuring alignment on customers, opportunities, commercial priorities and market approach.

• Develop distributor capabilities and commercial effectiveness, coordinating product and application training and ensuring access to the technical, commercial and marketing tools required to effectively promote the Medium Voltage portfolio.

• Develop and coordinate marketing and demand-generation initiatives, together with Marketing and Product Management, including campaigns, distributor events, technical workshops, roadshows and other promotional activities.

• Provide market intelligence and ensure cross-functional coordination, collecting insights on customers, competitors, pricing, applications and emerging market needs, while ensuring structured communication across Segment, Marketing, and agencies.

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements

• Experience in channel/distribution management or B2B sales

• Ability to understand Medium Voltage products, applications and customer needs
