Business Tax Expert – TurboTax Store (Dallas)

Overview:

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a TurboTax - Retail Business Tax Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

About the Role: In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit TurboTax products.

Your primary focus will be full-service tax preparation for both consumers and all business entity types such as Sole Prop, PTEs (S corps and Partnerships), providing expert tax advice, planning services, and software support, but your responsibility extends beyond that. While customers may occasionally interact directly with these experts for specific accounting needs, you remain the central relationship owner, ensuring continuity and a seamless experience across all services.

Your ability to understand each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical. Taxes can be stressful, and your presence as a trusted, knowledgeable guide makes all the difference whether you're helping with a straightforward W-2 filing, navigating a major life event like marriage, a new child, or elder care, or tackling more complex scenarios involving business income, strategic planning, or quarterly business review.
