We are looking for a Project Manager with demonstrable experience in the sector for our science and innovation area located in Tres Cantos.

Main functions:

• Plan, execute and monitor innovation projects, new product development, process improvement or implementation of new technologies.

• Define objectives, scope, timeline, resources and KPIs for each project.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain).

• Identify risks, propose mitigation plans and ensure delivery on time, cost and quality.

• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for Management.

• Collaborate with the R&D area in identifying new scientific opportunities, ingredients, technologies or methodologies.

• Analyze trends in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector to anticipate future needs.

• Evaluate the technical and regulatory feasibility of new ideas or concepts.

• Participate in the definition of prototypes, proof of concept and efficacy/safety studies.

• Facilitate communication between technical and business areas to ensure strategic alignment.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, external laboratories, technology centers and universities.

• Ensure that projects comply with regulatory requirements (cosmetics, OTC, medical devices, pharmaceuticals as applicable).

Minimum requirements

• Qualification: Degree/Licentiate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or similar. A Master's in Project Management, R&D Management, Regulatory Affairs or MBA will be valued.

• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.).

• Knowledge of product development and validation methodologies.

• Ability to interpret technical and regulatory documentation.

• Experience in risk management and impact analysis.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Demonstrable experience in different pharmaceutical forms (solid, liquid, semi-solid or sterile).

• Experience in regulated GMP environments.
