WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in documentation tasks, creating reports/dashboards, contractual follow-ups and order follow-ups, derived from the planning and procurement processes for openings, operational processes of the warehouse, machinery park management, waste management, and general expense management, seeking their automation and industrialization.

YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service to internal clients and sales.

• Ensure the execution of the goods entry and exit process.

• Control the quantity and quality of the received articles.

• Comply with safety regulations.

• Contribute to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses and collaborating in the correct conservation of the company's assets.

• Loading and unloading with a front loader and reception with radio frequency of merchandise.

• Collaborate with your team within the framework of the company's values.

• Participate in the life of the warehouse and the company.

WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

• Minimum 1 year experience as a merchandise receiver within a logistics structure or similar position.

• Experience dealing with transporters, managing delivery notes and keeping track of daily received merchandise.

• Experience operating machinery (front loader, forklift, and reach truck) and with radio frequency.

• Driving license, B.

• Reside in the province of the vacant position and have the possibility to travel to the warehouse with your own vehicle or public transport.
