Please note that the expected start date for this role is from April 2027 onwards.

What you could be doing as a Graduate:

You’ll support the development of new hardware platforms used for prototyping Arm’s latest IP. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers across Software, SoC, Characterisation, and Verification teams, building your technical expertise while contributing to innovative hardware platforms. Your responsibilities may include:

• Helping define specifications for new hardware platforms

• Supporting the design and delivery of development boards based on Arm’s custom SoCs and FPGAs

• Collaborating with platform architects and design teams to meet engineering goals

• Learning how to work with external partners such as ODMs and CEMs

We are looking for individuals who:

Hold (or are on track to hold) a degree by the programme start date. This can be a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

• A strong interest in hardware design and embedded systems

• Basic understanding of compute architectures and system-level design

• Familiarity with EDA tools (e.g., Cadence OrCAD, Allegro) is a plus

• Enthusiasm for learning about high-speed digital design, PCB layout, and signal integrity

• A collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for working with diverse teams

• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn and develop

Qualities that will help your application stand out:

• Exposure to mechanical design or thermal management

• Experience with programming languages like C, C++, or assembly

Additional Information:

We encourage early applications as we review them on a first come/first served basis.

Please note that relocation support is available for this role for domestic moves within the country and regional moves within Europe. Visa sponsorship support is also available for candidates who require it.

In Return:

You’ll receive a starting salary of HUF 10,950,000 per annum, alongside a comprehensive rewards package. As you develop in role, you’ll have clear opportunities to progress within the salary range at Arm. With mid-year and year-end reviews, you’ll have two formal progression windows each year, recognising your growth.

You can also attend our “Grad-teach-Grads” workshops, guest speaker series, and social events to expand your knowledge. If you’d like to get more involved, you can join the Graduate Committee to further develop your planning, networking, and coordination skills.

You’ll be invited to our Global Graduate Conference (GGC) — an annual event where graduates hear from executive leaders, guest speakers, and build lasting connections.

With many of our leaders and technical specialists having originally joined as a Graduate, will you be next?
