By being part of transversal project teams, you participate in major Group projects in the fields of connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity and unified communication solutions.

You evolve in close collaboration with Business Units, operational teams and IT partners.

You are responsible for optimizing reporting and IT update processes for project managers, from the study phase to the final delivery of solutions.

You ensure the reporting of the implementation of the decided solutions, covering the entire customer journey, from order to invoicing.

You coordinate new requests and necessary studies with the relevant IT correspondents (application managers, analysts, architects).

Development and artificial intelligence being already acquired, you optimize automation with business and technical teams.

You manage several projects simultaneously by mastering your time and priorities.

You actively participate in project governance and reporting to decision-making bodies.

• Mastery of English, spoken and written, C1 level required

• Previous internships in complex IT project management, ideally in digital services.

• Mastery of project methodologies (SAFe essential, other methods appreciated). (engineer or master specialized in IT/project management).

• Mastery of agile tools (Jira required).

You actively participate in the launch of new marketing products from the CIO, representing the IT dimension within transversal project teams.

You collaborate closely with Business Units to understand their needs and translate them into adapted IT solutions.

You participate in the management of several complex projects in parallel, ensuring coordination between the various IT stakeholders and external partners.

You implement optimized test plans and supervise the validation of developments, in collaboration with business and technical teams.

You provide clear and concise reporting to decision-making bodies.

You contribute to project governance and the capitalization of best practices within the community of IT Project Managers at Orange Business.
