Mission

GTM Ops Partners are embedded operators. Each Partner takes a segment of Spendesk's customer journey and is accountable for how well the teams running it execute. This is not a back-office analyst role producing reports on request. You are in the forecast calls, the pipeline reviews and the customer calls. You see the friction first-hand, and you fix it.

The customer journey is the map

Spendesk's customer journey runs from Marketing through Sales, Customer Success and Care. For the customer it is one continuous experience. Internally it is run by different teams, with different rhythms, tools and definitions of success — and value leaks at the seams between them.

The GTM Ops Partner team owns that journey end to end. Each Partner takes a segment of it and becomes the operational counterpart of the teams running that segment.

The team covers the whole journey, and each Partner specialises. We are looking for real depth in one of these areas:

Marketing operations — demand generation mechanics, campaign and lead flow, funnel performance and attribution.

Sales operations — forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota mechanics, deal desk.

Portfolio management — retention and expansion, account health, renewal and adoption dynamics across a book of business.

You do not need all three. You need depth in at least one and genuine curiosity about the others: the biggest wins we have are almost always at a handoff, not inside a single team.

What you'll do

Own the operating rhythm of the journey

Forecast cadence, pipeline and business reviews, the meetings where decisions actually get made. Make them sharper and better informed.

Design and improve process

Map how work actually flows, find where it breaks, redesign it — and get it adopted. Adoption is part of the job, not a nice-to-have. A process nobody follows is a process you have not finished.

Fix the handoffs

The transitions between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Care are where most of the friction lives. Own your perimeter: what gets passed, when, in what state, and who is accountable on each side.

Bring AI into the daily work

Build automations that remove manual work from your teams and give them better inputs. You build most of this yourself, with support from GTM Engineering on the harder cases.

Turn analysis into recommendations

You do not own the data. You own what we do with it. Come with a point of view and a recommendation, not a dashboard. That may include challenging the strategy or the way the work is organised when the evidence points there.

You may be a good fit if you

• Typically have 4+ years in Revenue, Sales, GTM, Marketing or CS Operations, or an adjacent operational role. We care far more about what you have built and the outcomes you have driven than about the number of years on your CV.

• Have real depth in one of these skill areas — marketing operations, sales operations, or portfolio management — and genuine curiosity about the others.

• Have built AI-powered automations yourself and can show what you made and what changed as a result.

• Hold your own in a room with Head of & VPs. You can disagree with a senior stakeholder, be useful about it, and be invited back.

• Influence without authority. You get teams to adopt things they did not ask for, because you made the case.

• Are customer obsessed — you understand that an operational decision shows up in the customer experience.

• Are comfortable in a small, senior team where nobody hands you a backlog.

Strong candidates may also have

• Experience in B2B SaaS at scale-up stage, ideally across several European markets.

• Working knowledge of Analytics & modeling and Salesforce.

• Experience working across a handoff between two GTM teams, rather than inside a single function.

As we are an international team, please submit your application and CV in English.
