What you will do as an Odoo Solution Expert

You are the functional reference for your projects: the guarantor of the solution, a support point for the team, and a trusted interlocutor for business departments. Your role spans four fronts.

Frame and Design

• You are in direct contact with business departments, from large international groups to industry leaders, to grasp the real need, beyond the specifications.

• You transform complex needs into a clear and structured Odoo solution: you are the one who establishes the functional architecture of the project.

• You write or oversee the writing of specifications and User Stories that will serve as a reference for the entire development team.

Manage and Ensure Reliability

• You arbitrate the backlog according to the client's true business challenges, prioritizing what matters most, then what can wait.

• You configure the solution and can lead the acceptance phases: you guarantee that what is delivered matches what was promised.

• You don't just stop at compliance: you identify optimizations that will benefit the client in the long run.

Be a Reference and Grow the Team

• You are the guarantor of the solution for one or more key Odoo modules, and you co-construct the target vision, even challenging a business department when a request is not realistic.

• You supervise and review deliverables from junior Business Analysts: their skill development is also your success.

• You unite functional and technical teams without hierarchical links, maintaining focus and calm even under tight deadlines.

Act as a Business Partner

• You intervene upstream of projects: pre-sales, functional architecture choices, commercial proposal costing. You commit to the feasibility of what we promise the client.

• You have a ROI vision to evaluate and recommend to each of your clients the solutions that bring them the most added value.

Your Environment

• ERP: Odoo (recent versions), experience with a major market ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Sage, Cegid) is a plus

• Modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Inventory, HR (depending on project)

• Methods: Agile (Scrum) and V-cycle, backlog prioritization (MoSCoW, WSJF)

Your Profile

You have 7 years or more of experience in senior Business Analysis or ERP consulting, you master the Odoo ecosystem and you are recognized for your influential leadership. We bet you also check these boxes:

• You have already been a reference for a major application scope, with a 360° view of business processes

• You lead framing from A to Z, intervene in pre-sales, and commit to reliable functional costings

• You know how to say “no” or redirect a request when the value or feasibility is not there

• You have already supported and helped junior BAs grow their skills

• You maintain your lucidity and rigor even under tight planning constraints

• You align stakeholders at all levels, from business departments to technical teams
