Mission Context:

You will work as a Python / AI Developer to design, prototype, and deploy applications based on Language Models (LLM) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

Main Missions:

• Development & AI Engine:

  • Design and develop robust data pipelines and Backend services in Python (FastAPI / Flask).
  • Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for querying business document bases.
  • Ensure integration, light fine-tuning, or prompt engineering (Prompt Engineering) on LLMs (proprietary via OpenAI/Azure API or Open Source like Llama/Mistral).

• Databases & Vectorization:

  • Set up and optimize vector indexing via Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Qdrant, Pinecone, or PGVector).
  • Process and prepare heterogeneous data (PDF documents, emails, text flows) for ingestion into AI pipelines.

• Production & Industrialization (MLOps / DevOps):

  • Containerize applications (Docker) and participate in deployment on Cloud/On-Premise environments.
  • Create high-performance REST APIs to expose AI functionalities to business applications (member portal, CRM, management tools).
  • Secure data usage (GDPR compliance, management of health data confidentiality).

Desired Profile & Key Skills:

Hard Skills (Essential):

• Language & Frameworks: Expertise in Python (3.10+), proficiency in FastAPI or Flask, and AI integration libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• AI & LLM: Solid understanding of Transformer operation, the Hugging Face ecosystem, vector embeddings, and RAG mechanisms.

• Databases: Practical experience with Vector DBs (Qdrant, ChromaDB, PGVector) + classic SQL (PostgreSQL).

• Software Practices: Clean Code, unit/integration tests, versioning (Git), containerization (Docker).

• Required Experience: 4 years minimum

Soft Skills & Attitude:

• Product & Business Sense: Ability to translate a business need (e.g., time savings for claims/health managers) into a concrete AI functionality.

• Rigor & Autonomy: Sense of optimization (response time, LLM API cost management).

• Team Spirit: Work in synergy with Data Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners using Agile methodology.
